CAHPS for MIPS: Vendor Form Changes

If you are a survey vendor for the CAHPS for MIPS program, CMS is adding web as the first mode of administration and will collect vendor cost information on the vendor participation form (Form CMS-10450, OMB 0938-1222). CMS estimates this adds 1 hour of burden per application (increasing from 10 to 11 hours per application), applies yearly, and the collection lists 26,976 respondents and 6,139 total annual hours.
