Water-Quality Form Required for Explosives Licenses

If you manufacture explosives, you must submit ATF Form 5400.30, Supplemental Information on Water Quality Considerations, with your explosives license application to certify compliance with the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1341) and the explosives license requirement under 18 U.S.C. 843. The form is required to obtain or retain the explosives license.
