DoD cost-reporting requirement for contractors
If you are a weapon-system contractor or a government entity with contracts that individually or collectively surpass the dollar thresholds in DoDI 5000.73, you must provide Cost and Software Data Reports (CSDR) — including DD Form 1921, DD 1921-1, 1921-2, DD Form 1921-5, DD-1921-3, and DD-2794 — on an annual or event-driven basis under OMB No. 0704-0671.
