Public meeting — in-person and virtual

You can attend an in-person or virtual meeting of the Nevada Environmental Management Site-Specific Advisory Board on September 9, 2026, from 4-8 p.m. PDT at the Molasky Corporate Center, 100 North City Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89106. To get virtual access information, you must contact the NSSAB Administrator at least two days before the meeting by phone (702-523-0894) or email ([email protected]).

Public comment rules and deadlines

If you want to speak at the meeting, a 15-minute public comment period is allocated and oral commenters will get a minimum of two minutes to speak. Written comments received at least two working days before the meeting will be provided to Board members and included in the meeting minutes; written comments received within two working days after the meeting will also be included in the minutes.

Board advises on cleanup and budgets

The Board may provide community-based advice and recommendations on Environmental Management program activities, including clean-up and environmental restoration, waste management and disposition, future land use and long-term stewardship, communications, and budget priorities. This gives the public an avenue to influence how cleanup work and budget priorities are considered for Nevada sites.
