Amended 17.76% Dumping Rate

Commerce amended the final results for raw honey from Argentina for the period June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024 and set the weighted-average dumping margin for Asociaci9n de Cooperativas Argentinas C.L. (ACA) at 17.76 percent. Commerce also set the review-specific rate for non-examined companies at 17.76 percent and will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess antidumping duties based on these amended results.

Certificate Requirement or Risk of Doubled Duties

Importers must file a certificate about reimbursement of antidumping duties prior to liquidation of relevant entries during this review period under 19 CFR 351.402(f)(2). If an importer fails to file the certificate, Commerce may presume reimbursement occurred and assess doubled antidumping duties.

Cash Deposit Requirement Effective June 12, 2026

For shipments of the subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after June 12, 2026, importers must make cash deposits equal to the amended weighted-average dumping margin (17.76% for the companies listed in this review). For other producers not covered in this review, existing company-specific or the all-others rate (16.92%) continues to apply.

Rescission in Part & Corrected Company List

Commerce rescinded, in part, the administrative review for eight companies (listed in the notice) for the June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024 period and corrected an error that had incorrectly listed two companies as non-examined receiving a review-specific rate. A corrected appendix of non-selected companies receiving the review-specific rate is included in the notice.
