Antidumping Order Likely To Continue

On July 31, 2026 the U.S. International Trade Commission determined that revoking the antidumping duty order on difluoromethane (R-32) from China would likely lead to continued or recurring material injury to a U.S. industry. The review was instituted on February 2, 2026 and an expedited review decision was made on May 8, 2026; the Commission’s views are in USITC Publication 5767 (July 2026).
