UK Pharma Tariff Cut to Zero
The tariff on patented pharmaceuticals and associated pharmaceutical ingredients that are products of the United Kingdom is reduced from 10% to 0%. This change applies to goods entered for consumption, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on July 31, 2026, and amends heading 9903.04.63 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule by replacing "+10%" with "+0%."
