Starting July 1, 2026, the ORF is assessed only for options executions that occur on the Exchange and are cleared by the OCC in the customer range. The per-contract ORF is assessed on each side of such transactions and collected by the OCC from the clearing firm (either an ATP Holder or a non-ATP clearing firm).
