No Routing During Early ETH Session

If you trade eligible equity or index options during the Early ETH Session (7:30 a.m. ET to 9:25 a.m. ET), your orders will not be routable and must be entered as Do-Not-Route (DNR) orders. Those DNR orders may be repriced under Options 3, Section 5(d).

Routing Allowed During Extended Close

The Exchange will allow orders to be routable during the Extended Close, where trading continues until 4:15 p.m. ET, aligning routing treatment with how certain designated ETF options trade through 4:15 p.m. ET. This change applies to eligible equity and index options designated for Extended Trading Hours.

Clarified ETH Eligibility for Options

The Exchange added a clarification to Options 3, Section 1 that certain equity and index options may be designated as eligible for trading during Extended Trading Hours (ETH) pursuant to Options 3C. This change consolidates and clarifies the Exchange's trading hours rules for ETH-eligible products.
