15‑Minute Delay After Issuer Releases

For issuer-provided information (e.g., dividend announcements, stock splits, name or symbol changes, mergers) Nasdaq will wait at least fifteen minutes after an issuer publicly issues a press release before Nasdaq includes that information in the Daily List, giving other vendors time to gather and distribute the same information.
