MSCI Options Removed From Fee Discounts

Starting July 28, 2026, the Exchange will exclude MSCI index options (MSCI EAFE (MXEA), MSCI Emerging Markets (MXEF), MSCI World (MXWLD), MSCI ACWI (MXACW), MSCI USA (MXUSA)) from several tier discounts and incentive programs. The exclusions include (among others) the $0.12→$0.10 per-contract surcharge reduction tied to achieving at least 0.20% of TCADV, a $0.80 per-contract Non-Penny Professional rate tied to certain ACE tiers, per-contract ACE credits, certain CUBE auction initiating participant credits/rebates, Professional Volume Incentive benefits, and BOLD mechanism ACE credits.

New $0.60 CUBE Break-Up Credit

Effective July 28, 2026, the Exchange will add a $0.60 per-contract break-up credit across all Customer Best Execution (CUBE) auctions for MSCI index options to address a billing system limitation. The $0.60 credit is aligned with existing multi-list non-penny break-up credits that range from $0.50 to $0.75.
