New Floor Broker Credit Under $250K Monthly Cap

The Firm Monthly Fee Cap remains $250,000 per month per Firm; after that cap an incremental service fee of $0.02 per contract applies. Starting August 3, 2026, Floor Brokers who both reach the Firm Monthly Fee Cap and are eligible for the Manual Billable Program bonus will earn a credit on Strategy Execution volume equal to the total rate achieved in the Manual Billable Program less $0.01 per billable side.

High‑Volume Rebate Swap for Floor Brokers

Starting August 3, 2026, Floor Brokers participating in the FB Prepay Program who execute combined manual billable and QCC billable contracts exceeding 5 million by at least 100% will receive a bonus of $0.01 per two billable‑side QCC contract payable back to the first billable side. The Exchange is eliminating two additional rebates that previously applied to manual billable sides and two‑side QCC contracts and replacing them with this bonus.
