If you are trying to register as a broker, representative, or principal with MIAX Emerald, you can retake FINRA qualification exams sooner: 15 days after a first or second failed attempt, and 60 days after a third or later failed attempt within a two-year period. The change applies to the SIE and representative and principal exams and took effect when filed on August 6, 2026.
