This margin is the basis for antidumping duties and related assessments for entries during that period.
Cash Deposit Rates Effective on Publication
Starting on the publication date (August 11, 2026), cash deposit rates for mattresses from Malaysia entered or withdrawn for consumption on or after that date will generally be set equal to the weighted-average dumping margin (42.92%) for the named companies and non-examined firms. Different rules apply if a company has a company-specific rate from a prior completed segment or if the exporter is not covered but the producer is; otherwise the all-others rate is 42.92%.
Importer Certificate and Double-Duty Risk
Importers must file a certificate regarding reimbursement of antidumping duties before liquidation of relevant entries in this period of review. If you fail to file that certificate, Commerce may presume reimbursement occurred and assess double antidumping duties on the entries.
Duty Assessment Timing and Liquidation Hold
Commerce will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess antidumping duties for the reviewed entries and intends to issue assessment instructions no earlier than 35 days after publication (August 11, 2026). If a timely summons is filed at the U.S. Court of International Trade, CBP will be directed not to liquidate relevant entries until the statutory injunction window (within 90 days of publication) has expired.
