Summary
The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Act") to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

The U.S. International Trade Commission is speeding up its review of special taxes on small vertical shaft engines from China to see if these taxes should stay. The U.S. International Trade Commission has updated its rules about certain portable power stations and their packaging. They changed a previous order that stopped some imports because the patent and trademark involved expired or were canceled. This means the restrictions on imports from Sinochem Ningbo, Ltd. are lifted, ending the case and opening the door for those products to come back into the U.S. market.

We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), propose to authorize incidental take by harassment of small numbers of northern sea otters (Enhydra lutris kenyoni) from the Southeast Alaska stock for a period of up to 1 year from the date of issuance. We are responding to a request submitted under the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972, as amended, by Turnagain Marine Construction. The applicant has requested this authorization for take by harassment that may result from activities associated with pile driving and marine construction within Stephens Passage in Juneau, Alaska. This proposed authorization, if finalized, would be for incidental take by Level A harassment and Level B harassment of northern sea otters from the Southeast Alaska stock. We invite comments on the proposed incidental harassment authorization and the accompanying draft environmental assessment from the public, Tribes, and local, State, and Federal agencies.
