Caddo Objects Eligible for Repatriation
Two ceramic vessels identified as Caddo (one Poynor Engraved, one Bullard Brushed, both dated ca. A.D. 1400–1680) have been inventoried and are culturally affiliated with the Caddo Nation of Oklahoma. Repatriation to eligible requestors may occur on or after September 14, 2026, and requests may be submitted by the identified tribes, Native Hawaiian organizations, lineal descendants, or other tribes/organizations that show cultural affiliation.
