The zone is enforced 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day and additionally 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on August 21, 2026; vessels and people may not enter the area bounded by the listed WGS84 coordinates unless the Captain of the Port authorizes entry.
