Extend Organic Enforcement Paperwork

If you run a farm, handler, or business that seeks or keeps USDA organic certification, USDA plans to extend the Strengthening Organic Enforcement information collection for one year past the current approval date of October 31, 2026. The collection is estimated to impose 231,617 total annual hours across 51,091 respondents, about 12 responses per respondent and roughly 0.375 hours per response.

Stronger Import, Traceability, Inspection Rules
