Antidumping Rates Set for Mexican Producers

Commerce found dumping for light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico for the period August 1, 2023 through July 31, 2024 and assigned weighted-average dumping margins of 10.23% for Perfiles LM, 6.36% for Regiopytsa, and 8.16% for Aceros Cuatro Caminos/Productos Laminados de Monterrey, Maquilacero/Tecnicas de Fluidos, and Ternium Mexico. The all-others rate remains 3.76%.

For shipments of the subject merchandise entered or withdrawn for consumption on or after the publication date (August 20, 2026) Commerce requires cash deposits equal to the company-specific weighted-average dumping margins above for the named companies, uses company-specific rates from prior segments where applicable, and applies 3.76% for all other producers or exporters.

Importer Reimbursement Certificate and Assessment Timing

Importers must file a certificate about reimbursement of antidumping duties prior to liquidation of relevant entries from the August 1, 2023–July 31, 2024 POR; failure to do so may lead Commerce to presume reimbursement and assess double antidumping duties. Commerce intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection no earlier than 41 days after publication of these final results.
