3 provisions identified: 1 benefits, 2 costs, 0 mixed.

Fiber Market-Data Connectivity Ends Sept 30, 2026

If you subscribe to GEMX's fiber optic market data connectivity (for SIAC, CTS/CQS, OpenBook Ultra, or ArcaBook Multicast), those offerings and their associated fees will be removed from the rulebook and will terminate effective September 30, 2026. The Exchange says fewer than three customers subscribe to these offerings and those customers were given 90 days' notice; the feeds remain available from third-party vendors.

Wireless (Microwave/Millimeter) Feeds Removed

GEMX will remove from its rulebook multicast market data feeds delivered via wireless networks (microwave or millimeter wave)—including listed NYSE, BATS PITCH, Direct EDGE, and certain CME multicast feeds—that were terminated effective August 31, 2025. The Exchange will also remove the related installation fees, recurring monthly fees, and volume-based discount language for those wireless subscriptions.

Proximity-On-Demand (POD) Offering Discontinued

GEMX will discontinue the previously proposed Proximity-On-Demand (POD) managed colocation solution described in SR-GEMX-2024-16. The Exchange states it never filed fees for POD, never offered POD services, demand was insufficient, and it will not proceed with implementing POD as proposed.
