Rule

Summary

The U.S. government just updated its Entity List by removing two addresses linked to Arrow Electronics (Hong Kong) from the list that restricts exports to certain Chinese companies. This change, effective August 21, 2026, follows earlier removals of related Arrow entities and means fewer export restrictions for these businesses. If you trade with these companies, expect smoother deals and less paperwork starting soon!

Two Arrow HK Addresses Removed

If your business exports, reexports, or transfers items subject to U.S. export rules to Arrow Electronics (Hong Kong), two specific Arrow addresses were removed from the Entity List effective August 21, 2026: 1) 2/F and 3/F, Green 18, Phase 2, Hong Kong Science Park, Hong Kong; and 2) Units 11001-11008E & 11001-11012W, 11th Floor, ATL Logistics Centre B, No. 8 Container Port Road South, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. The Entity List imposes additional license requirements and limits the availability of most license exceptions when a listed entity is a party to a transaction, so those additional Entity List restrictions no longer apply to transactions involving these two addresses after that date.
