Fee credits for backup logical ports

If you are a Member or Trading Permit Holder, the Exchange will credit the monthly fee for a logical port you set up only as a backup during an Exchange-initiated order entry protocol migration. To get the credit you must notify the Exchange's Trade Desk that the port is a backup, cancel that Redundant Logical Port within 30 calendar days of designating it as redundant, ensure any orders placed on that port were due to an Exchange migration issue, and submit a credit request within 30 days after cancelation; the Exchange will review usage and, if eligible, apply the credit to the invoice for the billing cycle after confirmation.

Credit limited to Exchange-initiated migrations

The fee credit applies only when the Exchange initiates the order entry protocol migration; it does not apply to logical ports a Member establishes for Member-initiated changes (for example, a Member switching its own ports).

Program applies across affiliated exchanges

The Redundant Logical Port fee credit is available to Members and Trading Permit Holders on EDGA and EDGA's affiliated exchanges (BYX, BZX, EDGX, Cboe, and C2) under the same objective conditions.
