DEA Registration Revoked for Named APRN

The Drug Enforcement Administration revoked DEA Certificate of Registration No. MM8483024 issued to Emran Mohammad, RN, APRN, CNP, and denied any pending application to renew or modify that registration as well as any other pending application for additional registration in Minnesota. The Order is effective October 13, 2026.

State License Suspension Bars DEA Registration

The Order reiterates that under 21 U.S.C. 824(a)(3) and related provisions, a registrant who lacks state authority to handle controlled substances (for example because a state nursing or APRN license is suspended) is not eligible to maintain a DEA registration and that lack of state authority is an independent basis for revocation.
