New 4 kW Partial Cabinet Option

If you are a market participant that buys NYSE Arca colocation services, the Exchange is adding a new 4 kW Partial Cabinet Solution (Option B) that has a $12,000 initial charge and a $19,000 monthly charge. The existing 2 kW bundle (now Option A) has a $10,000 initial charge and a $16,500 monthly charge; the filing notes the monthly per‑kW cost would be $4,750 for the 4 kW bundle versus $8,250 per kW for the 2 kW bundle. The Exchange expects the 4 kW Option B to be available no later than October 31, 2026.

One-Bundle Limit and Footprint Caps

To qualify for a Partial Cabinet Solution bundle you may only purchase one PCS bundle and neither you nor your Affiliates may currently have a PCS bundle. After purchase, your combined Aggregate Cabinet Footprint with Affiliates must be no more than 2 kW for Option A and no more than 4 kW for Option B, and you must certify affiliate relationships and the post‑purchase footprint.
