CBP Cash Deposits Required at Amended Rates

Following publication on September 14, 2026, U.S. Customs and Border Protection will collect cash deposits of estimated countervailing duties at the amended rates (15.18% for Empacadora del Pacifico S.A. and 2.23% for Nirsa/Procesadora Posorja S.A.) on shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after that publication date. These cash deposit requirements remain in effect until further notice.

Corrected Subsidy Rates for Two Exporters

Commerce corrected two ministerial errors and set final countervailable subsidy rates for the 2022 review period: Empacadora del Pacifico S.A. (Edpacif) is 15.18 percent ad valorem (changed from 15.17 percent), and Nirsa S.A./Procesadora Posorja S.A. is 2.23 percent ad valorem (changed from 2.21 percent). These amended rates apply to the period January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 and are reflected in the amended final results published September 14, 2026.
