TabaPay's Bank Holding Company Application

TabaPay, Inc. has applied to become a bank holding company by acquiring Transact Bank, National Association. TabaPay also proposes to engage de novo in data processing activities under Regulation Y §225.28(b)(14) and to conduct money transmission activities through its subsidiary pursuant to section 4(c)(8) of the Bank Holding Company Act, with nonbanking activities to be conducted throughout the United States.
