EEPV Duty Rate Set To Zero
Commerce found that EEPV Corp. had a weighted‑average dumping margin of 0.00 percent for February 1, 2024 through January 31, 2025. As of the publication date (September 16, 2026), Commerce set EEPV's cash deposit rate to zero for shipments entered or withdrawn for consumption on or after that date, and intends to instruct CBP to liquidate entries without regard to antidumping duties.
Unreported EEPV Entries May Face 19.50% Rate
If sales of EEPV merchandise were not reported in U.S. sales data but entries were entered for consumption during the period February 1, 2024 through January 31, 2025, Commerce will instruct CBP to liquidate those entries at the all‑others rate of 19.50 percent if there is no rate for any intermediate company involved.
Cash Deposit Rules For Other Exporters
Effective for shipments entered or withdrawn on or after the publication date (September 16, 2026), cash deposit rules are: (1) EEPV's deposit rate is zero; (2) companies covered in prior completed segments keep their published company‑specific rates; (3) if an exporter lacks a rate but the producer has one, the producer's company‑specific rate applies; and (4) all other producers or exporters will have a cash deposit rate of 19.50 percent.
