Must obey Coast Guard patrol and get authorization
During the enforcement periods (3:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on October 4 and 10, 2026), the operator of any vessel in the regulated area must comply with directions from the Patrol Commander or any Official Patrol displaying a Coast Guard ensign.
