If you choose a Nasdaq‑provided liquid‑cooled cabinet in the NY11-5 data center, you will be charged a one-time installation fee of $5,490 and there is no ongoing monthly cabinet fee. This cabinet option is optional and offered only in NY11-5.

Tiered per‑kVA power installation and monthly fees

Liquid‑Cooled Cabinet Power is offered only in NY11-5 with one‑, two‑, or three‑year commitments. The additional per‑kVA installation charge is $1,800 (1‑year), $1,650 (2‑year), or $1,500 (3‑year); ongoing monthly per‑kVA fees are $1,000 (1‑year), $900 (2‑year), or $800 (3‑year). For example, a Single Phase 240V 20A circuit (4.80 kVA) would have monthly fees of $4,800 (1‑year), $4,320 (2‑year), or $3,840 (3‑year) and installation fees shown in the filing (e.g., $12,240 for a 1‑year commitment).

Customer‑provided cabinet installation fee

If you bring your own liquid‑cooled cabinet for use in the NY11-5 enclosure, you will be charged a one-time installation fee of $2,500 and no ongoing monthly cabinet fee. This customer‑provided option is only available in NY11-5.

Optional, NY11-5 only offering; Q4 2026 start

The liquid‑cooled cabinet service is optional, offered only in the NY11-5 expansion area, and customers may continue to use existing cabinet and power options. The Exchange intends to implement the proposed fees during Q4 of 2026 and will notify customers of the exact implementation date by Trader Alert.
