New installation fees for liquid-cooled cabinets

If you use a liquid-cooled cabinet in Nasdaq Texas's NY11-5 data center, the Exchange will charge a one-time installation fee of $5,490 for a Nasdaq-provided Liquid-Cooled Cabinet and $2,500 for a customer-provided Liquid-Cooled Cabinet. There is no ongoing monthly cabinet fee for either option, and use of the liquid-cooled cabinet offering is optional.

Tiered per-kVA power installation and monthly fees

Liquid-Cooled Cabinet Power is charged per kVA with both an installation surcharge and ongoing monthly fees that depend on commitment length: installation add-on of $1,800 per kVA (1-year), $1,650 per kVA (2-year), or $1,500 per kVA (3-year); ongoing monthly fees of $1,000 per kVA (1-year), $900 per kVA (2-year), or $800 per kVA (3-year). For example, a Single Phase 240V 20A circuit (4.80 kVA) would have monthly charges of $4,800 (1-year), $4,320 (2-year), or $3,840 (3-year) and installation fees of $12,240 (1-year), $11,520 (2-year), or $10,800 (3-year) under the proposed schedule.

The rule filing was submitted on September 14, 2026 and is effective upon filing, with the Exchange providing the implementation date to customers later.
