Review Rescinded for Four Vietnamese Firms
Commerce rescinded the administrative review for Blue Sea Pack Import Export Company Limited; Goldsun Packaging and Printing Joint Stock Company; Vietnam Red Star Industry Company Limited; and Vietnam Red Star Industry Company Limited of Vietnam because their review requests were withdrawn. Commerce will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries of merchandise from these companies at the cash deposit rate required at the time of entry.
Cash Deposit Rules After Final Results
Upon publication of the final results of this administrative review, cash deposit requirements for shipments from Vietnam entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after that publication date will be set as follows: (1) for IPSC, equal to the weighted-average dumping margin in the final results; (2) for previously investigated exporters with separate rates, remain their existing exporter-specific deposit rate; (3) for Vietnamese exporters without a separate rate, the Vietnam-wide rate of 92.34%; and (4) for non‑Vietnamese exporters without their own rate, the rate of the Vietnamese exporter that supplied them.
