USPS filed three new negotiated products
On October 15, 2026 the Postal Service filed requests to add three new Competitive standardized distinct products (PM-GA Contract 1111, PM-GA Contract 1112, and PM-GA Contract 1113) as negotiated service agreements. These filings (Docket Nos. MC2027-10/K2027-11; MC2027-11/K2027-12; and MC2027-12/K2027-13) propose adding the products to the Competitive product list and may create new mailing options for businesses and customers who use competitive mail services.
These filings are handled in summary proceedings
The three USPS requests are being reviewed as summary proceedings under 39 CFR 3041.325(c)(2) and 39 CFR 3041.505(f)(1). Because they are summary proceedings, the Commission says it will not appoint a Public Representative or request public comment for these reviews, per 39 CFR 3041.405(c)-(d).
Public and non-public filing access rules
The public portions of the Postal Service's filings are available on the Postal Regulatory Commission website (http://www.prc.gov). Any non-public portions can be accessed only by following the non-public information rules under 39 CFR 3011.301.
