Annual CDFI Program Reporting Deadlines
Recipients of the CDFI Program, the Native American CDFI Assistance (NACA) Program, the CDFI Equitable Recovery Program (CDFI ERP), and the Small Dollar Loan (SDL) Program must submit two online reports through the CDFI Fund’s Awards Management Information System (AMIS) each year: the Performance Progress Report once a year, three (3) months after their Period of Performance end date or fiscal year end, and the Financial Statement Audit Report once a year, six (6) months after their Period of Performance end date or fiscal year end. The CDFI Fund estimates 1,114 respondents, 2,228 annual responses, 0.75 hours per respondent, and 1,671 total annual burden hours.
Forms Extended Without Content Changes
The CDFI Fund proposes an extension without change of the currently approved Performance Progress Report and Financial Statement Audit Report Form (OMB No. 1559-0050). The notice states there are no significant content changes to the forms and the extension leaves the existing reporting questions and schedule in place; comments on the collection are due by December 29, 2026.
