Summary
Would permanently ban the Federal Reserve from issuing a central bank digital currency (CBDC). The bill would amend Section 16A of the Federal Reserve Act by striking subsection (d) and redesignating subsection (e) as subsection (d), removing the statutory authority for the Fed to create a CBDC.
