Stop DHS use of TSA passenger data
If enacted, the bill would prohibit the Secretary of Homeland Security from accessing or using specified passenger information to carry out any U.S. Customs and Border Protection or U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement function. Trusted Traveler enrollment protections
If enacted, the bill would prohibit the Secretary of Homeland Security from denying, suspending, or ending an individual's enrollment in certain Trusted Traveler programs because of activity protected by the First Amendment.
