Dedicated $15.0 million annual funding for CNMI energy upgrades and public safety. This bill would set aside $15.0 million each year starting in fiscal year 2027 to pay for immigration, labor, or law enforcement priorities and to modernize, replace, repair, harden, expand, or otherwise improve the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands' electric generation system and related infrastructure.
