- The Comptroller General would be required to publish an initial report within 30 days of enactment and then every quarter. Reports must rely on General Services Administration data and separate flights tied to federal elections or political activity from personal travel where a cheaper option existed.
- Reports would be posted on the Government Accountability Office website for Congress, watchdogs, and the public to review.
- The reports must not disclose a covered official's specific location at a given time to protect location privacy.
