Expands trade associations' ability to solicit contributions from member corporations' stockholders and executive or administrative personnel. This bill would amend Section 316(b)(4)(D) of the Federal Election Campaign Act by removing a prior-approval restriction so those specific solicitations could be made on or after January 1, 2025.
