Summary
Semiannual public reports on DOE clean energy demonstration projects. This bill would require the Department of Energy to submit and publish online, every six months, detailed status reports for each demonstration project managed or supported by the Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations. Each report must include copies of any initial contracts or financial assistance agreements, a list of material technical or financial milestones met or not met, and any material modifications to scope, schedule, funding profile (including cost-share requirements), project partners, or budgets.
