Summary
Requires the Small Business Administration to report on the barriers and supports facing entrepreneurs with disabilities. The SBA Administrator must submit to Congress within 180 days a report assessing challenges in starting and operating businesses, describing SBA resources and outreach by district and regional offices, small business development centers, and women’s business centers, noting any joint federal efforts, identifying deficiencies and access issues, and offering legislative recommendations. The Act is titled the Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Reporting Act of 2025. *It does not authorize additional funds and therefore does not increase federal spending.*
