Let local agencies maintain Bolts Ditch
This bill would add two Colorado water agencies to the list that can maintain Bolts Ditch and its headgate. The Eagle River Water and Sanitation District and the Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority would be allowed to do maintenance inside the Holy Cross Wilderness. It would only change who is eligible to do the work. It would not provide funding or say who pays.
