Air service help for Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands
If enacted, this bill would add Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands to an existing exception in essential air service eligibility rules. These areas would be treated like Alaska and Hawaii for that exception. This could make it easier for some routes there to qualify for federal support. It would take effect upon enactment.
