Big Bend National Park Boundary Adjustment Act

Summary
Expands the boundary of Big Bend National Park to add roughly 6,100 acres. The bill would identify the official map titled “Big Bend National Park, Proposed Boundary Adjustment” (map 155/167,296, Nov. 2022), allow the Secretary of the Interior to acquire the listed lands or interests by donation or exchange, require the map be available for public inspection, direct the Secretary to revise and manage the park boundary and the acquired lands under park law, and bar the use of eminent domain for those acquisitions.
