Expands and extends lifespan respite care by broadening who counts as a family caregiver and renewing program authorization through 2029. The bill would replace the phrase "unpaid adult" with "unpaid individual" in Section 2901(5) of the Public Health Service Act and update the funding authorization to cover fiscal years 2025 through 2029.
