Summary
Allows the Chairman of the D.C. Council to transmit Acts of the District to Congress electronically. The bill would amend two provisions of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act so the Council Chair can submit Acts in electronic form and the House and the Senate would treat those electronic submissions the same as paper filings when deciding whether an Act has been transmitted.
