Summary
Annual public reporting on Employee Benefit Security Administration (EBSA) investigations would be required. The report would list which EBSA office opened each probe, the start date, the date the first document request was made, whether the case closed within a 36-month period, and if not, why and an estimated close date, while excluding names of private parties such as plan sponsors, fiduciaries, service providers, employees, and participants.
