Would require the Department of Defense to conduct the Vietnam War 50th anniversary commemoration program. It would change discretionary language in current law to mandatory language, recast a triggering provision to focus on carrying out the program, and standardize the reference to the Secretary of Defense. The amendments would take effect on November 11, 2025.
