America the Beautiful Motorcycle Fairness Act
Sponsored By: Representative Walberg, Tim [R-MI-5]
Passed House
Summary
motorcycle fee parity is the core change this bill would make to the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act by extending pass coverage to motorcycles on per-vehicle fee days. The pass would cover the passholder and any passengers in a single private noncommercial vehicle, and if the passholder enters by motorcycle it would cover that motorcycle's riders plus one additional motorcycle, including its passengers, when accompanying the passholder.
