Bars foreign adversaries and state sponsors of terrorism from buying U.S. real estate. This bill would require the President to direct federal agencies to write rules that prohibit purchases of public or private property by those entities and their agents.

- Foreign adversaries and state sponsors: Would be banned from purchasing any public or private real estate in the United States. The ban also covers agents, instrumentalities, and entities owned, controlled, or affiliated with them.
- Federal departments and agencies: The President could order the heads of all federal departments and agencies to promulgate rules and regulations to implement and enforce the prohibition.
- Geographic and legal scope: The prohibition applies across the several States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and any other U.S. territory or possession, and it applies notwithstanding any other provision of law.

Ban on land buys by foreign adversaries
