St. Louis ZIPs added for RECA claims
If enacted, this bill would add ZIP codes 63106 and 63107 in St. Louis to the RECA list for Manhattan Project waste claims. If you lived in one of these ZIP codes during the covered period, you could be eligible to file a claim. The change would apply as if it had been included in Public Law 119-21. This only expands who can file; it would not change payment amounts or other RECA rules.
